Mrs. Olufunke Aiyepola holds LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Ife, BL and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. She worked in Union Bank of Nigeria Plc as a solicitor from where she moved to Union Trustees Limited as head of Trust & Legal Services. She joined Oceanic Trustees Limited in year 2006 as the GM/CEO.

She was also the CEO of Retwells Nigeria Limited, a company involved in Real Estate, Trust services, consultancy and financial services. With over 21 years experience in Trusteeship and allied services, Mrs. Aiyepola rejoined Union Trustees Limited as the Managing Director/Chief Executive on 22nd of February 2010.

Mr. Sipe has an honours degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos.

Bosun is a banker with over twenty year's experience spanning Banking Operations and Treasury Management and this is evident in the professional manner with which he manages both the Institutional and Individual portfolios under his purview.

Mr. Onakunle holds a Bsc. Accounting Degree from the University of Lagos and has gathered over 25 years of Banking experiences cutting across branch operations, administration and Corporate Banking's Advances management. Segun handles the internal finance, budgeting and Accounting functions of Union Trustees Limited.

Mr. Ekpo holds an LLB from the University of Calabar, a BL from the Nigerian Law School Lagos and an LLM from the Obafemi Awolowo University and has also attended several Trust and Trust related courses over the years.

Imo has over 17 years of legal practice experience and is responsible for the Client Administration of both Corporate and Private Trusts in Union Trustees Limited.

Mrs. Olabisi is a graduate of Business Administration from Ondo State University and has attended many courses in Trusteeship and Human Resource Management.

Bolatito has over 2 decades experience in both banking and accounting. She provides administrative support which involves personnel recruitment, training and benefits.

Mrs. Ashibogu is a graduate of Classics from the University of Ibadan and also holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the same University. She has attended several management and marketing courses that have translated into a competitive edge for the company.

Bolade's over 19 years of both banking and marketing experience is brought to bear on the fund mobilization drive across Union Trustees Limited as the head of UTL MIXED FUND unit.
